July

condominiums rose 78
percent in July,
compared to July 2006,
according to numbers
released by the Florida
Association of Realtors.
The percentage
increase for existing
Panama City-area
condominium sales was
the highest in the state
for July.
The median sales
price for an existing
condominium dropped 3
percent to $300,000.
Area existing home
sales fell 11 percent in
July, according to FAR,
with the median sales
price declining 6
percent to $216,000.
