GET INCREDIBLE VALUE

Between 2004 and 2005 home prices in Panama City increased 40%.  Near double digit quarterly increases meant no  bargains in the Panama City real estate market.

2007 sees sellers more flexible on price and an offer of a variety of buyer incentives.  There are some incredible values on the market.
